By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Any claim relating to PersonalPawz.com's website shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Timeframes

We aim to deliver all digital orders within 2-4 hours during working hours however in certain peak times of the year this does run over. Please allow 3-4 working days in these peak times and in some cases longer.

Stadium designs do not fall in the normal timescale and can be expected within 1-2 working days however this can also run over during peak times.

Stadium image: 2 working days but please allow up to 4 working days before contacting us.

Pub image multiple dogs: 2-4 working days but please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.

Stadium image multiple dogs: 5 working days but please allow up to 6 working days before contacting us.

Custom requests: If you have requested custom drinks or specific elements which is customised please allow 2 working days for completion.

Revisions can take 7 working days in normal periods of the year and will be extended in busy periods such as Christmas.

9. Proofs

If we receive no response to the proof within 10 days from us sending it, we will send that version out as the physical copy. No revisions can be made to it then. Everything is electronically documented so we can provide times and evidence of proofs being sent over. 

10. Advertisments

Personal Pawz holds the rights to use completed work for future advertisements of media publications.

In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
