Refund policy
Our services at PersonalPawz.com are entirely bespoke, tailored to each customer's specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once a project has commenced.
However, your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should you not be completely satisfied with the final artwork, we are more than willing to make some revisions to align with your vision.
Revisions accepted are:
- Shirt change
- Beer/Drink change
- Small additions to the image
- Change the uploaded image
WE CANNOT CHANGE THE WHOLE SCENE TO ANOTHER PRODUCT For example we cannot change a pub image to a stadium image. This is a different product.
Revisions not accepted are:
- Change to stadium or vice versa
- Arm change
- Changing the digital version to a physical version size. The 10x8 prints are different dimensions and have more work completed on them hence the higher price.
Revisions can take up to 7 working days to be completed in some cases. In busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and other events during the year this can be longer. Please be prepared for this before requesting revisions.
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, we are prepared to provide a replacement. We ask that you report any damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate replacement requests made beyond this timeframe.
